Come and join us for an evening exploring the joys of cooking with herbs. Valerie, former proprietor of Green Cuisine catering and cookery school and cookery and garden book editor, will lead the evening.

Valerie is designing and planting a new synagogue / nursery herb garden – and we will be harvesting these herbs for the cookery demonstration.
The evening will include:
- Light refreshments on arrival;
- an hour-long cookery demonstration of spring dishes and drinks making the most of fresh herbs;
- tasting of all the dishes prepared and a glass of wine
All recipes and cooking tips provided
